The Lanes for Lupus Bowl-a-thon was a huge success this year! We
could not have done this without all of our sponsors, bowlers
and volunteers. Together we raised $16,000 for Lupus research,
education and awareness. Together we will find a cure!
Berlin Bowling Center was a wonderful place to hold this event.
Jeff and his staff made everything run smoothly. I’d like to
send a special thanks to Doug Taylor from WDRC-FM 102.9 Big
Hits. He raised $2800 for Lupus! Thank you to all the generous
listeners who donated to Doug’s show. The day was a great family
day at the bowling alley. Massages by Healing Hands Associates
were a big hit!
On behalf of the Lupus Foundation of America, CT Chapter, Inc.,
we would like to thank everyone who participated in the event.
We look forward to seeing you again next year.
