The LFA Connecticut Chapter’s Greater Hartford Lupus Support Group consists of a group of people with lupus,
and/or their family members and/or friends.
The Support Group is designed to provide a confidential, caring, non-threatening environment where people can share their concerns, fears, strengths, and hopes. It is not designed to provide professional therapy. The purpose of the Group is to provide information, education and awareness, and support.
Our Greater Hartford Lupus Support Group meets on the third Wednesday of each month, in the chapter office conference room from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. and gathers together in a common situation in order to sustain, encourage and assist one another in coping with lupus. New members are always welcome. It is facilitated by Carol Pfeiffer, PhD and Marilyn Sousa, Chapter Founder.
