Call "Car Program LLC" at 1-800-513-6560. Please have your car title and keys handy. Car Program LLC will take care of everything, from picking up the vehicle to providing you with a receipt for tax purposes. 

Please make certain to inform them that the proceeds should benefit the Lupus Foundation otherwise it will be processed to another group.
